Die Modemacherin BETTINA MARIA kreiert Unikate fuer alle stilbewussten Tango Taenzerinnen, die sich - wie im Tanz selbst - einzigartig, lebendig, weiblich und sexy fuehlen wollen!
Nachdem Bettina Maria lange in San Francisco, und u.a. drei Jahre in Buenos Aires gelebt hat, hat sie ihr Design Atelier seit letztem Sommer in Berlin. Ihre Begeisterung fuer den Tango Tanz hat sie nach 15 Jahren High Fashion Welt in ihre Stoff Kreationen fliessen lassen, und so entstand 2006 ihre Kollektion "Modas de Tango".
In ihrer Mode steckt eine Fusion der Kulturen: verspielte Innovation von Kaliforniens Westküste, ein Hauch Europäischer Couture und ein Stück des verruchten Buenos Aires.
Neben Elementen der Nostalgie und Drama des Argentinischen Tango, Weiblichkeit, Sinnlichkeit und Poesie entdeckt man Elemente, die über den Begriff "Tango Mode" hinaus gehen und durchaus auch ausserhalb des Tango's tragbar sind: während man historische Tangomoden mit Spitze, Glitzer und Federboas assoziiert, hat sie ihren einzigartigen zeitgenössischen Stilmix gefunden. Bettina bezieht ihre Stoffe hauptsaechlich aus Los Angeles, New York, Paris, Berlin und Buenos Aires.

"El golpe de pierna" ("the kick of the leg") name by which the Argentinean designers describe the semicircular piece that sometimesreplaces the classic cut or opening of the skirt, gives distinction to our entire collection.
